Job Title: Food Service Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Food Service Expert at Courtyard, Mexico City Vallejo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations in the food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interactions: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality food according to Marriott International standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and communicate clearly about guest preferences and feedback.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Less than 1 Year of Related Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is necessary for this role.
  • No Special Licenses or Certifications: No special licenses or certifications are required.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance. You will also need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
