Customer Service Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all shipments to our customers, ensuring timely releases and maintaining inventory levels within target.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring releases are shared with the planning team in a timely manner
- Avoiding obsolescence or excesses
- Maintaining inventory levels in Finished Goods within target
- Knowledge of FORD, GM, or AUDI customer portals
- Shipping according to releases to clients
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong skills in Inventory Management, Time Management, Planning, and Scheduling, Efficiency, and Logistics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QAD AS400
- Advanced English
- Communicative, negotiation, and organizational skills
