About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our Procurement team in Apodaca, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating shipments to our customers, ensuring timely releases and maintaining inventory levels within target.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments to meet customer releases and maintain inventory levels
  • Avoid obsolescence and excess inventory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and logistics

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in inventory management, time management, and planning. You'll need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience working with Microsoft Office and QAD AS400.
