**Actividades Principales:**

Monitoreo de base de datos y aplicaciones en línea para garantizar su funcionamiento y diagnóstico de problemas.

**Responsabilidades:**

  • Monitorear y analizar datos de base de datos y aplicaciones en línea.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos en aplicaciones en línea.
  • Levantar y gestionar tickets de soporte técnico.
  • Realizar seguimiento de reportes y garantizar su cierre.
  • Monitorear y mantener servidores (nivel básico).

**Requisitos del Candidato:**

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería en Sistemas o Licenciatura en Idiomas.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente.
  • Inglés intermedio o avanzado (oral, indispensable).
  • Conocimiento básico de funcionamiento de cloud hosting, CRM y servidores locales.

**Habilidades y Competencias:**

  • Facilidad de aprendizaje con nuevas tecnologías.
  • Facilidad de aprendizaje en manejo de aplicaciones.
  • Gusto por aprender y capacitación constante.
  • Responsabilidad y autodidactia.

**Condiciones de Trabajo:**

  • Sueldo mensual de $12,000 a $16,000 neto (de acuerdo a examen práctico).
  • Prestaciones de ley, incluyendo aguinaldo, vacaciones, prima vacacional y seguridad social.
  • Periodo de pago quincenal.
  • Capacitación constante e internacional (pagada).
  • Horario de trabajo de 8 am a 4 pm.
  • Lugar de trabajo en Viguera, Oaxaca.

**Requisitos Adicionales:**

  • Interés en trabajar en un entorno de resolución de problemas técnicos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros profesionales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario de 8 horas diarias, de lunes a viernes.
