We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Vishay Intertechnology Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service function, including order processing, customer expediting, returns, and large account management.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the work assignments of 10-15 Customer Service personnel.
- Identify training needs of department employees, prepare employee evaluations, administer merit wage increases, and handle corrective actions when required.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Customer Service Manager and outside field sales representatives.
- Receive and resolve customer complaints concerning shortages, damages, poor quality, mixed ware, incorrect and incomplete documentation, and late receipt of product.
- Implement approved policies and procedures followed by CSR's, monitor for compliance.
- Coordinate account activities with Area Sales Directors regarding specific issues within that territory.
- 5 years of experience in customer service environment with appropriate supervisory skills.
- BS in business or equivalent in experience.
- Broad knowledge of a discipline such as marketing, sales management, or business administration.
Typical office environment.
