Business Solutions Representative

Viamericas Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Business Solutions Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and servicing a portfolio of clients (Agents) through telephone visits, generating a commercial relationship, which allows negotiations to increase shipping volume and profitability for Viamericas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service and solutions to incoming and outgoing calls
- Carry out and document telephone visits to the entire assigned territory
- Price monitoring and follow up on inactive agencies
- Creation of business plans and prospecting for new businesses
- Competition report and provide service and support to field staff
- Complete installation of new agencies and maintain and increase the volume of transactions from the assigned territory
- Maintain and increase the profitability of transactions from the assigned territory and maintain and increase the portfolio of assigned agencies
- Follow up and solve the situations reported by agents and field staff
- Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals
- Ability to prospect, close, follow up, and negotiate
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence
- Creative thinker and must have the ability to solve critical problems
- Ability to multitask and manage business conflicts
- Ability to analyze the market and target potential customers
- Strong internet research skills and excellent presentation skills
- Very organized and attentive to details
- Disciplined and dedicated
- Tracking and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Highly motivated with a strong desire for success
General office working conditions, time availability is required, frequent travel (foreign and domestic) is required.
