Job Summary
The Business Solutions Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for developing and servicing a portfolio of clients through telephone visits, generating commercial relationships, and increasing shipping volume and profitability for Viamericas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service and solutions to incoming and outgoing calls
- Carry out and document telephone visits to the entire assigned territory
- Price monitoring
- Follow up on inactive agencies
- Creation of business plans
- Prospecting for new businesses
- Competition report
- Provide service and support to field staff
- Complete installation of new agencies
- Maintain and increase the volume of transactions from the assigned territory
- Maintain and increase the profitability of transactions from the assigned territory
- Maintain and increase the portfolio of assigned agencies
- Follow up and solve the situations reported by agents and field staff
Requirements
- Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals
- Ability to prospect, close, follow up, ability to negotiate
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence
- Creative thinker and must have the ability to solve critical problems
- Ability to multitask and manage business conflicts
- Ability to analyze the market and target potential customers
- Strong internet research skills
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

General office working conditions, time availability is required, frequent travel (foreign and domestic) is required.
