The Role

Sourcers play a critical role in our clients' success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop effective, consultative relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As a trusted adviser, you will:

  • Show tact and confidence in communicating with client stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge and network to propose solutions that deliver results.
  • Attract, source, and engage high-caliber talent through innovative, critical thinking, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Develop a sourcing strategy that utilizes the right channels to attract and engage your target audience.
  • Utilize data to measure the success of your sourcing strategy, reviewing, refining, innovating, and adapting as required.
  • Track progress, data, and performance on applicable systems.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient English business communication skills, written and oral.
  • Experience in passive sourcing using a range of techniques and technologies, including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and in-house ATS or CRM technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Experience working with a range of tools and systems, including in-house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Competent and confident in using MS Office, Windows, and/or other similar products, and confident in using the internet to research and find information to design more impactful sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.

Desirable Skills

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Specialist sourcing experience with a focus on attracting and engaging niche, passive talent.
  • Familiarity with one or more sectors that we operate in, such as Defense, Engineering, Technology, Pharmaceutical, or Financial Services.
