Position: Web Application Support Analyst at EcoVadis
Overview

Are you ready to be a part of our dynamic team at EcoVadis? We are on the lookout for a Web Application Support Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our platform. Below are the key responsibilities you will undertake:

  • Deliver prompt assistance on intricate web applications and APIs for our EcoVadis clientele.
  • Diagnose reported issues, identify bugs, and ascertain root causes effectively.
  • Collaborate with end users, analysts, and developers to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in our web applications.
  • Provide exceptional support to all users, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Monitor system logs and applications for any outages, responding swiftly and keeping affected users informed.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost care, ensuring its security at all times.
  • Interpret technical documentation, engage with users, and guarantee timely resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions, maintain up-to-date documentation, and perform proactive maintenance.
  • Advocate for customer requirements to foster continuous improvement of our products.
  • Engage in incident management to resolve issues and oversee communication with users.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Web Application Support, particularly within an Azure .Net environment.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, SQL, programming, and monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
  • Experience with Visual Studio and SQL Server is advantageous.
