As a Finance Indirects Sr Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the transformation and digitalization of our Procurement Finance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to set and execute a mid/long-term agenda for sustainability, while harmonizing best practices across LATAM's suppliers.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and track the mid/long-term agenda for sustainability to achieve internal targets for the sector.
  • Engage with suppliers to develop end-to-end processes that further the sustainability agenda.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter-experts to develop tools for the automation of processes in LATAM.
  • Guide the development of tools and processes to standardize Procurement Finance processes.
  • Ensure the timely adoption of PGT processes for LATAM, aligning the sector with Corporate's standardized processes.
  • Perform benchmarking analyses to understand tools available in the industry that could result in benefits in efficiency rates, NOPBT savings, or time reduction for the business.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Administration.
  • Experience in similar roles and activities.
  • Knowledge in Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Usage and knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerBI, SQL, VBA, and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Persuasive and focused communications to enable management decisions.
  • English language proficiency.
