About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Sales Compensation Associate to support our sales team in Mexico. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our sales team is appropriately compensated and will be responsible for maintaining and updating compensation information for each division.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Sales Compensation Analysts with information regarding sales plans and compensation structures.
- Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the verification of payments and submit information to payroll as requested.
- Answer questions from sales employees regarding compensation and benefits.
- Support the development, implementation, and administration of incentive programs and policies.
- Manage Workday reports and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in compensation or human resources.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and ability to problem-solve.
