We're looking for a talented professional to join our team as an Account Development Specialist. As a key member of our International Card Services team, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Secure settlements for overdue accounts and prevent future overdues through proactive work with high-exposure accounts.
  • Lead Sales Effectiveness reporting and analysis for the Account Development - Large Market segment in Mexico.
  • Identify and implement new opportunities, such as CPC and Walking Cards, to drive business growth.
  • Provide analytical support for Large Market portfolios and develop projects that meet internal and external customer needs.
  • Develop new business volume by analyzing client and market requirements and identifying opportunities for growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to coordinate with colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify non-standard solutions and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to generate clear, concise information for the Sales team.
  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
