Account Renewals Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Renewals Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and maximize revenue across our largest customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our largest customer accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through excellent customer relationships and strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal resources to drive growth and revenue
- Deliver value to customers while maintaining expected levels of margin return
- Identify customer needs and problems and escalate to relevant business units
- Drive usage of TD SYNNEX's e-commerce tool (InTouch) and maintain customer Service Level Agreements
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
