Therapy Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Development Specialist to join our team at Stryker Corporation. As a key member of our Neurovascular Franchise team, you will be responsible for strengthening market share in Mexico and executing technical promotion of the accessories franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with local Sales Support, Sales Managers, Distributors, and International Marketing to drive business growth.
- Conduct market assessments, oversee account monitoring, and ensure compliance with marketing/event processes.
- Act as a technical expert in Neurotechnology in Mexico, supporting sales and marketing programs, and assisting in training the sales force and technicians.
- Monitor and execute physician product training, ensuring proper and safe product usage.
- Contribute significantly to market intelligence by tracking account activity, competition initiatives, and aligning strategies between Stryker and local partners.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Intermediate English skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
