PepsiCo is a leading global food and beverage company that generates over $79 billion in net revenue annually. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Control to join our team in Mexico.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with the Mexicali Export Business to ensure financial reporting and control compliance with US GAAP and MEX GAAP.
  • Manage the preparation and emission of financial statements for Fabrica Pepsico Mexicali.
  • Ensure compliance with local and corporate policies, statutory laws, and rules and regulations.
  • Identify and address potential tax implications with the tax team, transfer pricing, actuaries, and legal specialists.
  • Prepare and present the Mexicali Balance Sheet Review to FritoLay and PepsiCo Division Employees.
  • Manage the monthly business performance review for Stax/Taco Shell.
  • Oversee budget management for the Export Business of approximately $120 MMUSD.
  • Coordinate Mexicali Finance Reporting with PMF to ensure timely and accurate submissions to FLUS and Corporate.

**Requirements**

  • Strong financial reporting and control skills.
  • Experience in managing financial statements and compliance with US GAAP and MEX GAAP.
