Job Summary:

MCI Careers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
