About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at VadoDevs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting Activities
    • Conduct high-volume prospecting and lead generation by researching and mapping target companies.
    • Summarize business descriptions and review company websites to identify potential opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and improvement.
    • Drive to achieve sales goals and objectives set by the company.
  • Sales Activities
    • Drive and lead sales meetings with potential clients to discuss business opportunities and solutions.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and profits.
  • Marketing Activities
    • Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and ensure a seamless flow of information and strategies between the sales and marketing teams.
    • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform marketing campaigns and improve sales strategies.
  • Team Activities
    • Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
    • Report on sales results, including forecast and performance metrics.
    • Adjust sales strategies based on analytics and feedback to improve performance and achieve goals.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • In-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management and prospecting tools.
    • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
