About Printek Supplies Inc.
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our purchasing team as a Business Development Representative. This role will be responsible for managing the IT sourcing process, collaborating with suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, and cultivating strong relationships with top-tier IT vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Dissect quotes with precision, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless IT services operation.
- Cultivate and monitor top-tier IT suppliers to identify and implement improvements that address critical needs and requirements.
- Proactively engage with suppliers to identify and implement improvements that address critical needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Constantly seeking out new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Methodical thinker with good problem-solving and analytical abilities, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Identify and solve complex business problems and proactively tackle unforeseen challenges.
- Strategic thinker and team player, driven to succeed in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a reputable institution in Mexico or the US.
- Proficient in English and Spanish (bilingualism is a must).
- Authorized to work in the US (citizen, resident, or work authorization visa).
Work Environment:
- Full-time position.
- Ability to commute to the required location.
- Work location: In-person.
