About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for accurate predictions and forecasting.
  2. Develop and implement financial performance and forecasting tools using AI and machine learning techniques.
  3. Support Biomedical Research planning processes and monthly closing activities, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  4. Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in forecasting.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely forecasting and accurate financial reporting.
  6. Monitor and maintain Development Reports to guarantee accurate month-end numbers.
  7. Coordinate GRC requests and manage EBX requests as needed.
  8. Generate IOs and compile T&E reports for PMO.
Main Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Planning and Analysis.

Experience working in a complex matrix organization with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
