Key Responsibilities- Dispatch incoming inquiry emails from learners and feed trackers.
- Support Learning Advisor Operations Specialists in receiving and managing requests and issues from the Learning Advisor team.
- Extract and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunity areas.
- Assist in the cancellations process and provide backup support during business travels and PTOs.
- Reinforce communication with the Learning Advisor team about new processes and tools.
- Share insights to identify areas for improvement and report monthly and weekly results.
- Strong soft skills, including empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to handle stress well.
- Knowledge of Google tools (docs, sheets, etc.).
- B1-B2 minimum written communication in English.
