Key Responsibilities- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019, 2016, 2012 R2, and 2008 R2 servers in Hyper-V and Azure environments.
- Perform Windows server updates in host and virtual machines as part of patch management.
- Monitor and respond to hardware and software alarms generated by SCOM using appropriate problem determination tools.
- Perform changes for adding, expanding RAM, disk, and CPU to virtual machines and physical servers with the assistance of vendors.
- Experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Hyper-V and Azure environments.
- Ability to perform Windows server updates and patch management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with SCOM.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
