Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing senior management level relationships with clients and understanding their business strategy to support and monetize in the correct manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the leading figure for Pragmatic Play for clients within the iGaming space;
  • Develop and nurture senior management level relationships with clients and understand their business strategy to support and monetize in the correct manner;
  • Understand and define customer requirements to sell new products in a consultative and partnered way;
  • Be a Product Expert on both current and future Pragmatic offerings, able to talk with confidence and passion about our wide range of solutions;
  • Identify new business targets through research, existing relationships, targeted contact, or formal introductions;
  • Create and manage the sales pipeline through focused activity alongside the Head of Business Development, and coordinate internal teams to assist in converting a lead to a customer;
  • Create profitable commercials based on business needs and customer requirements;
  • Report back to the business on the progress of each customer through the sales cycle;
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences where required;
  • Complete demonstrations of our product solution either remotely or face-to-face to clients and develop specific initiatives to win more new business;
  • Grow the markets in multiple jurisdictions and advise on products, marketing, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in iGaming and sales, either in the online B2B industry in sales or account management, or a commercial B2C role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Numbers focused and driven on financial performance;
  • Able to negotiate with customers to the benefit of our business;
  • Large network of C-level contacts in the European gaming or gambling sector;
  • In-depth knowledge of casino/slots and live casino products and legislation;
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies either regionally or globally.
