About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at LeadAdvisors. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our financial services or who have received our direct mail offers.
  • Inbound Sales: Handle inbound calls from potential clients responding to our marketing campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable loan options.
  • Data Verification: Confirm client details accurately and update our CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and close sales.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Debt Settlement
  • Excellent Reading Skills
  • Proficient in Reading Credit Reports
  • Reliable and Punctual Candidates Only
