Technical Marketing Business Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Development Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through technical expertise and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Interface: Serve as the primary technical interface for one or more customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful product adoption and integration.
- Customer Problem-Solving: Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues related to Infineon products, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Qualification Support: Provide active support to customers during qualification processes, ensuring seamless product integration and adoption.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback on product performance and limitations, consolidating and presenting improvement suggestions to the organization.
- Opportunity Generation: Develop and present innovative approaches for new business opportunities, including go-to-market strategies and product applications.
- Internal Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing and R&D teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- External Relationships: Foster and maintain regular contact with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cooperation.
- Product Launch Support: Assist in the development and execution of product launch strategies, including application notes, technical presentations, and demo boards.
- Tool Development: Design and develop application and evaluation tools, as well as coordinate activities for third-party tools and services.
- Application Evaluation: Perform application-relevant measurements, evaluation, and validation to ensure product performance and quality.
- Product Expertise: Serve as a worldwide contact person for a defined product group, providing expert guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver technical training to internal and external sales partners and customers, as well as create and maintain technical customer documentation.
- Failure Analysis: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to investigate and resolve customer returns and failures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on business development and technical marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, including market trends and customer needs.
- Business Development: Proven experience in business development, with a focus on strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
- New Product Introduction: Experience with new product introduction, including product launch strategies and go-to-market planning.
