Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our global talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for Kohler Co.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of recruiters, operations specialists, and coordinators to execute a timely recruiting process and provide a gracious candidate experience.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure talent acquisition is aligned with business priorities and exceeds hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition center of excellence to mature and evaluate recruiting processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Identify, develop, and measure successful working relationships with local recruiting partners.
  • Manage and drive performance to key recruiting measurements, including data analytics and reporting.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analyze trends, conduct research, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading a talent acquisition team, with at least 2 years of experience focused on high-volume manufacturing recruitment.
  • Ability to travel 20%+ of the time to Kohler facilities across Mexico.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
