This is a unique opportunity to help build the future of Talent Acquisition in Mexico for Kohler Co. You will manage and coach a team of 10+ recruiters, operations specialists, and coordinators in the execution of a timely recruiting process, gracious candidate experience, requisition allocation, sourcing opportunities, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with HR and business leaders to ensure TA is aligned with the business priorities and exceeding hiring targets.
- Help mature and regularly evaluate recruiting processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment budgets; ensure cost effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
- Embed data analytics into all processes and performance discussions; adjust strategies based on metrics to improve results.
- Proactively drive projects and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance candidate and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience leading a talent acquisition team, with at least 2 years of that experience focused on high-volume manufacturing recruitment.
- Ability to travel 20%+ of the time to Kohler facilities across Mexico.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
