Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Technical Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Project Management: Lead and perform detailed technical operational activities related to customer projects, including design, testing, verification, FAT, and commissioning.
  • Technical Risk Management: Identify and manage technical risks and interfaces, and provide necessary reporting to project team stakeholders.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the quotation, sales, and after-sales service departments.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
  • Service-Oriented Attitude: Demonstrate a strong service-oriented attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of electrical and control systems, including design, testing, and commissioning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage technical risks and interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with industry standards and protocols, including Modbus RTU TCP/IP, ION Protocol, DNP3, IEC61850, PRP, RSTP, SMTP, SNMP, OPC, RS485, RS232, and IRIG-B.
  • Database Management: Experience with database management, including MS SQL Server.
  • Operating System Management: Familiarity with operating system management, including MS Windows 10 and MS Windows Server 2019.
  • Hypervisor Management: Experience with hypervisor management, including VMWare and Oracle Virtual Box.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages, including C#, C++, Visual Basic, and HTML v5.
Additional Requirements
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory standards in the Mexican electrical market, including the Network Code and Microgrids.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Schneider Electric's portfolio of offerings.
