Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Technical Specialist to lead and perform detailed technical operational activities related to customer projects. A successful candidate will identify and manage technical risks and interfaces, and provide necessary reporting to project team stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Project Management: Review and manage technical projects from design to commissioning, ensuring they meet customer specifications and requirements.
  2. On-Site Testing and Commissioning: Conduct on-site testing and commissioning of electrical and control systems to ensure they meet customer expectations.
  3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, including handling technical calls and providing necessary documentation.
  4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, after-sales service, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach and ability to understand customer needs.
  2. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of electrical and control systems, including design, testing, and commissioning.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
  4. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and manage technical risks and interfaces.
  5. Technical Tools and Software: Proficient in MS Office Suite, AUTOCAD, and other relevant technical tools and software.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Power SCADA Operation (PSO): In-depth knowledge of PSO and its application in electrical and control systems.
  • EcoStruxure Power Operation (EPO): Familiarity with EPO and its integration with electrical and control systems.
  • Power Monitoring Expert (PME): Knowledge of PME and its application in monitoring and controlling electrical and control systems.
  • Communication Standards and Protocols: Familiarity with communication standards and protocols, including Modbus RTU, TCP/IP, and others.
Additional Requirements

Experience working with Schneider Electric's portfolio of offerings in Digital Power, Power Systems, Power Products, and Industry would be an asset.

Work Schedule

Full-time position
