Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Didi Global. As a key member of our Food business, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with restaurants in the local food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Business Developers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations.
  • Enable Business Developers to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution.
  • Develop and maintain great business relationships with our customers.
  • Generate a deep business understanding to get insights and transform them into actionable plans.
  • Ensure the perfect execution of commercial plans, either in Farming or in Hunting teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in account management and/or consultative selling.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Results and performance driven.
  • Strategic and Data-Driven thinking. Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
