Customer Service Representative

We are PepsiCo, a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frito-Lay North America.
This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day order processing for Frito-Lay North America, driving gold standard customer service, and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will also be responsible for managing customer communications, including add/cut management, missing order communication, and off-template orders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring day-to-day order processing for Frito-Lay North America
- Managing customer communications, including add/cut management and missing order communication
- Confirming order completion
- Providing superior customer service with strong follow-up skills
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Frito-Lay Field Sales Operations/Plant experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide superior customer service with strong follow-up skills
