Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for both our U.S. and Mexico operations, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent from various talent pools. You will work closely with our clients, which include firms in fields such as Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud Services, Revenue Ops, and traditional Strategy & Operations consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on creating effective and sustainable recruitment strategies
  • Build relationships with key educational institutions to source entry-level talent
  • Support in conducting applicant interviews, screening, and reference checks
  • Assist in coordinating various hiring requirements, such as travel arrangements, relocation assistance, and onboarding
  • Participate in employment advertising campaigns and programs
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to facilitate company growth through recruitment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience of 2+ years
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Effective communication skills, adapting style based on audience and remote vs. in-person interactions
  • Strong attention to detail, a client-centric approach, and excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while working with multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
