Medical Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Territory Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase market share in Mexico City and surrounding areas.
- Deliver sales and distribution targets in the territory.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to solve customer requests and negotiate customer orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering or Nursing.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product expertise in endovascular procedures.
- Customer service experience.
- Distributor management skills.
- Forecasting ability.
