About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a Sales Professional - Medical Devices, you will be responsible for supporting the Territory Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.
  • Visit customers and / or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services.
  • Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Plan and develop the market for existing and new products according to divisional goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs.
  • Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
  • Participate in the development of less experienced staff members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering, nursing, hemodynamic technician or similar.
  • Advanced English.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Oriented to results.
  • Teamwork.
  • Great Communication Skills and solutions attitude.
  • Sense of Urgency.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Proactive and independent.
  • Hospital environment experience (private sector preferred, public sector is a plus).
  • At least 2 or 4 years of sales experience (working in medical devices).

  • Product Expertise: endovascular procedures.
  • Customer service.
  • Distributor management.
  • Forecasting.
