Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team at The Westin Guadalajara. As a key member of our Housekeeping and Laundry department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain public restrooms, showers, and other areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Dust and polish surfaces, including furniture and fixtures, to maintain a polished appearance.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
