SAP Success Scale Regional Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead to join our SAP Customer Success team in Latin America. As a Regional Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Partners and driving customer success across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Success Partners to ensure successful customer engagements and drive customer success.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer outcomes and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive customer success.
- Monitor and report on customer SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
- Strong understanding of SAP's Preferred Success and Scale delivery.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and leading a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
