Customer Success Partner Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Lead to join our SAP Cloud Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer success across the customer lifecycle, from solution adoption to ongoing renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Partners to ensure successful engagements with customers
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer outcomes and subscription renewals
- Monitor SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive customer success
- Contribute to the development of a library of success plays and best practices
Requirements
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Previous account management experience
- Proven people management experience
- Strong understanding of Preferred Success and Scale delivery
- Experience with successful collaboration with regional and global leadership teams
