About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Lead to join our SAP Cloud Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer success across the customer lifecycle, from solution adoption to ongoing renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Partners to ensure successful engagements with customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer outcomes and subscription renewals
  • Monitor SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive customer success
  • Contribute to the development of a library of success plays and best practices

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Previous account management experience
  • Proven people management experience
  • Strong understanding of Preferred Success and Scale delivery
  • Experience with successful collaboration with regional and global leadership teams
