About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Lead to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Customer Success Management and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Partners to ensure successful engagements with our customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer outcomes and lead to customer renewals
  • Monitor SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive customer success
  • Contribute to the development of a library of success plays and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management and people management
  • Strong understanding of Preferred Success and Scale delivery
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration
