About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Lead to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Customer Success Management and Engagement team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Partners to ensure successful engagements with our customers
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer outcomes and lead to customer renewals
- Monitor SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive customer success
- Contribute to the development of a library of success plays and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and people management
- Strong understanding of Preferred Success and Scale delivery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration
