About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Lead to join our team in the LAC region. As a key member of our Customer Success Management and Engagement team, you will be responsible for driving customer success at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Partners to ensure successful engagements with our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer outcomes and lead to customer renewals.
  • Monitor SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive customer success.
  • Contribute to the development of a library of success plays and best practices to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management and people management.
  • Strong understanding of Preferred Success and Scale delivery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to team and project management.
  • Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration.
