About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Lead to join our team in the LAC region. As a key member of our Customer Success Management and Engagement team, you will be responsible for driving customer success at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Partners to ensure successful engagements with our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer outcomes and lead to customer renewals.
- Monitor SLA performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive customer success.
- Contribute to the development of a library of success plays and best practices to drive customer success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and people management.
- Strong understanding of Preferred Success and Scale delivery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to team and project management.
- Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration.
