Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Specialist to lead our customer experience initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients while maintaining strong relationships and driving continuous improvement.
Your Impact:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, understanding their needs and serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and technical support, to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks related to service delivery, focusing on risk management before releases.
- Contribute to the development of service delivery strategies and participate in long-term planning.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience.
