The Opportunity

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our People Operations Team in Mexico City. This role will support Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Chile) and the US.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the People Operations Manager and be responsible for delivering excellent employee experiences throughout their entire employment cycle. They will also assist with various HR tasks, such as leave requests, document management, and benefits coordination.

Your Impact

  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and the US.
  • Collect information from new hires, process leave requests, and ensure accurate documentation is submitted to payroll on time.
  • Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to provide timely payroll information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers, handling inquiries and coordinating vendor interactions.
  • Ensure invoices related to People Ops and Benefits services are received, accurate, and paid within due dates.
  • Foster a positive company culture by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Main point of contact for office employees and vendors, guiding them through HR-related queries and operational needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide excellent People Operations support and participate in various People Team activities.
  • Pursue continuous improvement by proposing new processes, suggesting better ways of working, and contributing ideas.

What You Bring

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and practices is desirable.
  • Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills are essential.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with multitasking abilities, adaptable to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Experience in a tech company is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy:
