Job Title: Guest Services Attendant

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with sales of retail merchandise and beverages, promoting our services and products.
  • Prepare reports on reservations, inventory, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to safety regulations, use required equipment, and report any hazards or incidents.
  • Support the principles of the EEO program and prevent sexual harassment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification preferred.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and communicate effectively in English.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Must complete cash handling training and maintain certification.
