Role Overview: As a Producer, you will be integral to Amber, guiding teams, overseeing projects, tracking progress, and managing expectations between stakeholders and development teams. Your objective is to ensure project completion within deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards while surpassing partner expectations. You will collaborate closely with developers across various disciplines, external clients, and internal leadership at Amber. By leveraging strong communication skills, effective project management, and a keen sense of empathy, you will take ownership of your projects and lead your team towards success. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate development coordination among Engineering, QA, Art, and Design. Ensure timely delivery of milestones while adhering to budget and quality standards. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with external partners. Manage stakeholder expectations and monitor satisfaction levels. Inspire, lead, and retain high-performing teams. Develop and oversee comprehensive short and long-term schedules. Supervise task management, maintain task lists, backlogs, and communicate deadlines effectively. Promote accountability through consistent follow-through. Own team objectives, communicate effectively, and challenge goals. Monitor team dynamics, create a safe and empowering work environment. Clarify roles and responsibilities within the team. Navigate team interactions, address conflicts, and escalate issues as necessary. Ensure projects remain sustainable and profitable. Enhance and maintain team processes. Schedule, lead, and participate in meetings with clear agendas and thorough note-taking. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status. Collaborate with leaders to identify, mitigate, and escalate risks.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle. Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile. Effective and concise written and verbal communication skills. Self-driven, proactive, and always looking for improvement opportunities. Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and drive towards clarity. Experience in reporting project status and identifying risks. Facilitation of productive retrospectives, post-mortems, and reviews. Ability to objectively interpret feedback and provide recommendations. Capacity to perform effectively under pressure in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in shipping one or more games in a production capacity. Background in mobile, social, or casino gaming. Experience in people management. Passion for enhancing development processes and best practices. Significant experience as a gamer. Proficiency with task management tools such as Jira. Strong familiarity with complex data management. Experience in validating and developing proposals for new projects.
