About the Role

Koch Global Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Containerboard businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Containerboard businesses to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and answer data-related questions from business users.
  • Perform impact analysis, develop business requirements, and create process and project documentation.
  • Involve in all phases of software development life cycle, including design, development, implementation, and testing.
  • Application Support and Hands-on development tasks, including bug fixes and changes.
  • End-user questions and issues, user access reviews, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in SQL Server transact-SQL or PL/SQL.
  • Experience on Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET framework, Java Script).
  • Fast learner and takes initiative to learn new technologies and search out process improvements.
  • Available to work after-hours/weekends as needed (on-call support required).
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer-focused.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
