Job Title: Lead Performance Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Performance Coach to join our team at Contactpoint 360. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving performance excellence across our contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to set performance goals and metrics, and ensure consistent achievement across the team
  • Identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues using prescribed performance management techniques
  • Develop and maintain current employee records on direct reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of client and campaign issues to the Operations Manager
  • Hold regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a contact center environment (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to motivate and encourage team members
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
