Customer Experience Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Excellence Specialist to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Responsibilities:- Resolve moderately complex customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding order and delivery status, as well as updates on any issues or inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolution accurately for future reference and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient issue resolution and process improvements.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in customer relationship management, customer service, or account management.
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 depending on location and experience.
