As an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, orders, and issues, leveraging your expertise on Eddy Pump Corporation's products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary objectives will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage all customer interactions, providing accurate product information, pricing, and delivery details in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure seamless communication throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, continually expanding your knowledge of industrial products and services.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales, and prospecting activities, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to stay informed about company updates and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, specifically in the industrial products sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building and communication with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of industrial products and services being a plus.
