Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Member to join our North American team. This role will be responsible for hunting and farming inside sales campaigns, expanding existing business and growing new opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Running several different products/services related campaigns with 3 core objectives: individual revenue target, pipeline target, and account coverage target.
- Finding and qualifying new sales opportunities, working closely with client field sales managers across business units and countries.
- Supporting and cooperating with qualified opportunities until they are won.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience or transferable skill from a previous role related to sales, marketing, or sales support.
- Experience of working to time-based targets.
- Agile learning ability and experience.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous health insurance plan, occasional travel to our headquarter in Ulm, Germany, and promotions and growth positions.
