Director, Talent Acquisition

At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry by putting people first. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Director, Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to attract top talent to our organization
- Create and nurture talent pipelines for current and future job openings, identifying potential candidates and maintaining relationships
- Design and implement sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social networks, and industry-specific platforms to find high-potential candidates
- Manage the annual recruitment budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for effective talent attraction
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-hire
Training & Development:
- Design a training strategy and plan to enhance the organization's workforce, focusing on employee skills and growth
- Develop and implement coaching programs, onboarding processes, and change management initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and empowerment
HRBP Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including employment laws, compliance, and effective people management
- Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to offer insights and support on HR-related challenges
- Empower leadership to handle people-related challenges within the organization
- Develop strategic workforce planning and succession planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place for critical roles
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field
Change Management certification
Interview Techniques certification
English proficiency
MBA or a master's in business or a related field is desired
