Job Title: Execution Manager

DiDi Global Inc. is a leading mobility technology platform that offers a wide range of app-based services across various markets. As an Execution Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our strategies are executed with the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and establish criteria for excellent promotional coverage.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance promo coverage.
  • Improve the effectiveness and clarity of sales communications to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Streamline operations to reduce the operational load on the sales and engagement teams.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance and improve DiDi tools, making them easier to understand and use.
  • Trigger the creation of automation solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure transparency and reliability in promotional results.
  • Foster an environment of open innovation, encouraging new ideas and approaches.
  • Strategically allocate and manage the budget to ensure all resources are fully utilized.
  • Monitor and control spending to align with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and interns, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 or more years of experience in similar positions and promotional execution, process optimization, and budget management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Advance Excel).
  • Proficiency in English (Advance level).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and results clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for process automation and optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
