Cold Calling and Lead Qualification Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to fill the role of Cold Calling and Lead Qualification Specialist. In this position, you will play a crucial part in identifying and engaging with potential clients through cold calling efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively communicating our products/services and value proposition, qualifying leads, scheduling follow-up calls, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calling activities to identify and engage with prospective clients.
- Skilledly communicate our products/services and articulate our value proposition to potential leads.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential fit for our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule follow-up calls and ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead qualification, preferably in a sales or business development role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish connections with potential clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset to accurately capture and maintain lead data in a CRM system.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet assigned goals.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes, including lead generation strategies, is a plus.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in our products and industry trends.
Compensation: $88.95 per hour
